What is N-OPPP?

Understanding the Program

• Nurses Overseas Placement Preparation Program (N-OPPP) is a platform created to prepare, train & mentor, eligible Indian nurses to find appropriate nursing jobs in the United Kingdom(UK). This program shall be opened to other countries like Japan,Canada, USA, U.A.E. etc in the near future.
• NOPPP is a counseling & mentoring program managed by Dantaya Advisors on behalf of its client(s), who are actual employers – hospitals/ clinics(private or government) and/or renowned nursing/ healthcare staffing/consulting companies in their country.
• These companies/hospitals have mandated Dantaya Advisors to advise, assist, mobilize, and help them identify qualified Nurses, based on their respective requirements. 

Need for the platform

• Securing a job in the overseas destination(s) requires specialized preparation and handling.
• Applying for nursing jobs in overseas destinations, especially for Indian nurses, can be extremely challenging and complex without professional assistance.
• The process involves many intricacies, country-specific qualification(s), and detailed documentation, that require expert advice and knowledge of the industry and the country.

✓ B.Sc.(Nursing)/ GNM Qualified.
✓ Valid Nursing License ( must be registered with a nursing council)
✓ Minimum age on the date of application – 21years
✓ English proficiency (IELTS or OET) min. a score of 7 with at least 6.5 in the writing section & 7 in reading, listening & speaking or with OET, at least C+ grade in the writing section & B grade in reading, listening & speaking.
✓ CBT & OSCE (For UK) – to be cleared once selected by
✓ Minimum 6 Months Experience Post Qualification in the last 18 months.
✓ Candidate should not have any criminal track record
